Primary Request from the Client:

To develop the strategy and event concept for a Fashion Founder Dinner in New York City—an intimate networking event designed to strengthen community engagement, increase visibility, and foster meaningful connections among sustainable fashion founders, supporters, and industry professionals.

Main Workstreams included:

A. Strategy Research

MARKET STRATEGY:

  • Analyzed comparable fashion-industry dinners to identify best practices for attendee engagement, sponsorship, and event positioning

  • Evaluated strengths/weaknesses of comparable events to inform recommendations for CFC’s founder dinner strategy

SPONSORSHIP STRATEGY:

  • Identified & prioritized potential sponsorship partners aligned with CFC’s mission and target audience

  • Recommended partnership opportunities across sustainable materials, fashion technology, hospitality, and beverage brands

ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY:

  • Developed attendee engagement concepts designed to facilitate networking, conversation, and brand recall

  • Proposed conversation cards, curated guest experiences, and branded keepsakes to strengthen attendee interaction
